New ES 2003-message too large?

Hi all!
Where can I set a max limit for an internal msg. on Exchange 2003. We have not changed any config settings since we are new to 03. Message the user gets is: "This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again." We especially want a higher max size for internal e-mail as we have many Powerpoint attachments going through e-mail (approximately 20MG) occasionally higher.
Where do I modify settings in ES 2003? Thanks for your help.

In Exchange System Manager, expand global settings, right-click on message delivery and go to the properties. In the properties window, click the default tab. You can set message size limits for your organization there. You can also set individual mailbox limits using ADU&C.
