I recently installed a new domain controller at a remote office. The office is connected to our primary datacenter, but the link is 5Mb. Since this installation, exchange will occasionally lock up for a few seconds. I believe it is querying that domain controller over the slower link. Does anyone know how to remove that domain controller from the exchange server's use?

Is it a GC?
If you say no, make it one, reboot it, test again and then come back for more help.
