We currently get all UK DNS resolutions from our head office in Austria.
I will be upgrading from NT4 to A/D 2003 soon so will need to set up our own DNS.
Assuming the head office name is aaa.com, I want to set up uk.aaa.com.
I presume I will need to get all UK PC's to point to the local UK DNS server and then configure it to point to the Austrian server for non-local resolution ?
Can I do this without getting the Austrian's involved ?(It takes forever to get anything done by them !!)
I have built a test network and successfully upgraded to A/D 2003 with the new DNS of uk.aaa.com.
What next ?
