New Dial-up Roll Out 1

I have a new dial-up connection that I need to roll-out to about 100 users. In the good old 95 days I could have e-mailed it round but Windows 2000 is not that easy. Does anybody have a easy way of getting this out? Minimal user interaction is needed. I have tried Connection Manager but this is more detailed than I need. Just a box standard dial-up with username, password and a phone number. Any help would be cool.
