How do I create a new dchannel as a primary and one as a backup

When I config the dch in ld 17 pdch is not an option

It will automatically become the primary when you program the bdch.

Build the D-channels under adan in ld 17
Find a spare loop in ld 17 cequ
build the channels in ld 14
