We have an administrative assistant who is a delegate for our CEO. She has all rights to his contacts. Recently when going into his contacts folder and adding a new contact, she will "save and close" the screen. Later she will attempt to pull that same contact up, but it is not there. Why are the contacts she's entering not being saved?
