New Contacts not showing up in email [To:] dialog box

Using Outlook 2000 on XP Pro PC talking to Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server.

I'm adding a couple of new Contacts in my Outlook Contacts folder - including an email address for each of them in the appropriate field.

I then go to Inbox - New Eamail - and click the [To:] button. I change the view from Golbal Addressbook to myContacts folder so I can select one of my Contacts.

PROBLEM: The two new Contacts I've just created are not listed along with all the other Contacts I have in my Contacts folder. I've tried deleting and creating new Contacts - not working. Any ideas? Thanks.
