New computer

Here's my system I'm getting.

AMD 64 - 3200
Asus K8V deluxe MB
1 GB kingston RAM
FX5700 Ultra
2-120GB SATA drives in Raid 1

Here's my question...am I going to be better off getting a higher grade memory with this setup? Something like the Corsair XMS maybe? I just don't know if this will really make that much of a difference. Thanks for your input.
