New at ACL's on Cisco and need some guidance...

Need to implement Firewalls on ports 80 & 443 for Inbound traffic only, not allowing outbound on Proxy's.

PC (10.115.28.30) - Proxy A(10.115.28.20) - C7513 (10.15.12.10) NAT(10.15.12.x)Public/(10.115.x.x) Private - C7206 (10.115.28.1) ACL's - PC (10.115.28.30)

Any ideas? I can attach a better diagram if needed?
