I was hoping for some insight...

I need to create a DN that goes to a menu prompt that I have created in app builder. Basically I want someone who dials the DID or DN to get to the prompts. Could someone send me instructions or at least get me a starting point to go from? I have the cs1000, call pilot with cli and web access

first, add your DID DN on Call Pilot as a SDN in the SDN table, then App build it out with APP Builder to do what you want

This is fairly simple to do:

1) In your CS1000, go to LD23 and create a new ACD with the extension you want to be called. You can point this ACD to your voice messaging number in Call Pilot (the extension your users normally call to check their voicemail).

2) In Call Pilot Manager, go to System>Service Directory Number. Create a new SDN (the number of the ACD you built)and assign it the application you created from the "Application Name" drop down.

3) If you need it to be reached from the outside, you may want to check your IDC table to make sure it is correctly pointed to the ACD you are using (assuming you use IDC).

another point, you need to change mwi dn on the mailbox.. since your switch can not light a lamp on a maxp1 acd, you will get an error every time you get a msg..

you can pick another dn or just use remote notification..
