New AIX media server

I'm adding my 13th AIX media server. The first 12 are SAN media servers, which only back up themselves. This one is a regular media server, which can back up clients. The other servers were created in NBU versions 3.4 and 4.5. This is the first server I'm creating in version 5.1 and I'm getting errors. I'm hoping it's just a licensing problem but I'm not sure.

When I try to create the media server I'm not able to pick anything except disk. It's like my library disappears. I know it is because the names of the licenses keep changing and I have no clue what they mean any more.

Any suggestions?

We confirmed it with Veritas - we do not have the appropriate media server license. Because they've changed the names of the licenses so many times they were even a bit confused. They did offer us a 30 day temp license until we receive a new permanent one.
