New Agent Login ID

Hi
We have G3csiV9 switch.
We currently have 11 Agent login-ID.
I added some new Agents login-IDs (add agent login-ID) and afterwards when I tried to login with the new agents - I got the "ambulance" tone - something is not correct.
I checked the “display capacity” and the only limitation I found was on 6 agents login in the same time - this is clearly not the status - I tried to login with the new agents when no one was log-in.
Any ideas?

First check to see if your login fac is correct. Then to login hit the fac then the agent id. if you admin a password then check to make sure the password is correct.

Thanks for your replay.
I already checked the fac and just to make things more clear when I try to login with the old login-IDs - I have no problem - the problem is only with the new ones.
The old ones are from 2040 - 2050 and the 3 new ones are 2051 - 2053.

Make sure the COR is the same as the old login id's. The COR for the new ones may not have permission to dial the COR of the phone extension you're loggin in to.

It is the same COR in all of them.

At what point do you hear the 'ambulance'? after the login extension is attempted or after the fac? or...

Does anyone have a quarter, I need to make a phone call?
 
Try command "list agent _ _ _ _ and see what comes up on your display. Do you show a station or did the system find nothing?

Only the first 11 are working.
The 'ambulance' tone is after the login id (i press *88 (this is the Login fac) 01 (this is the queue number) and when i try 2052 (this is the agent login id i get the 'ambulance' tone.

Hi Eliav,

Why do not you try loging in using the fac (*88) and then immediately follow it with the login id (2052) and then the password.
 
Hi umangs.
It is a dev' environment - and we don't have an EAS (Expert Agent Selection) so we have to select the queue number (this is the 01 that I’m entering).

THe Prf/SO (1/01) is that the skill/level? What definity version are you running?
