I recently had a new ACD agent programmed into our phone switch. We have an Option 51 with MAX for ACD. Question is after the agent is added should they apear in the MTE or do they have to be manually added?
that depends, there are 2 options, either you have too many configured in the pbx reporting to max or you have to drop the hsl and bring it back up, do an slt and see how many agents are programmed then compare to max on how many are allowed.
It looks like I had too many configured. I did out one of the agents we no longer use, but the valid agent isn't showing in the the MTE. Is there a command to list the current agent ids the TN they are assoicated with?
