NEW 7.0 MICS AND PRI,CALL ISSUES "CAN'T CALL OUT"

Hi I HAVE A PRI TROUBLE ,,NEW MICS 7.O SOFTWARE
Trouble is I can't call out!! I recieve Inbound Calls OK ,,,when I dial 9, I get message,,NO FREE LINE AVAILABLE????

Have you called your carrier, and if so, what lies, I mean what are they telling you?
