New 2003 setup users cant see domain controller.....

Hello,


I have a new 2003 SBS server setup with a handful of migrated users from an NT4 domain. all users including the administrator but 1 (not the admin) get the following error when logging in. "A domain controller could not be found for the specified domain". What could be causing this error?
