Now here is another problem i want to fix. I play a game called Starcraft and I would like all 3 computers to be able to play in the SAME game. As of now, all computers can log onto Battle.net (the server) and all can play fine in DIFFERENT games. The problem arises when we try to play in the SAME game. It gets so laggy that is basically unplayable. I'm thinking that its because all the computers need separate IP Addresses? if i'm right how can i go about doing this without paying $5 extra per month (to the cable modem service providers).

You've got a point there. That would definitely contribute to the immense lag you're experiencing. The problem is there is no way for you to set it up for each machine to have it's own IP address on the internet without paying that extra $5 to the cable modem providers. They provide your single cable modem with an IP address, and the only people that can change that is them.

Does anyone know of a way to do it without an extra $5?? Or is this even the problem????
