Hello All,
I have two PBX's in an MCDN configuration with a PRI between them. Using CDP. Here's the scenario:
Switch A connected to switch B. Call Pilot at switch B
7145 (a) calls 6644 (b) (ring 4 times)
6644 (b) FDN/HUNT to 7588 (a) (ring 4 times)
WANT 7588 (a) to FDN/HUNT to 6900 (b) - CallPilot
The problem is, the call stays at 7588 (switch B)
6644 is FNA HTA SFA; HUNT 7588, FTR FDN 7588
7588 is FNA HTA SFA; HUNT 6900, FTR FDN 6900
NET_DATA on both sides has:
TRNX YES
EXTT YES
FTOP FTLY
RDR_DATA has TRCL 0 both sides (I've hit that barrier before... took me FOREVER to notice it!)
DCH RCAP on both sides has TAT
RDB on both sides has NCRD and NCNA yes
RDB on both sides has TRMB yes
RDB on both sides has RCLS EXT
TRO is no - because when TRO was turned on, the call would never forward from 6644 (b) to 7588 (a) (fast busy and BUG1500)
We are installing MPLR16802 regarding TRO and BUG1500 but I'm not sure that will resolve it.
I was working on this last night and do not have access to the PBX (on-site access only; had to use webex), so I can't provide prints at this moment.
Any suggestions? What further info can I provide? I apologize that I don't have prints at this moment...
Thanks in advance! ~Matthew~
