Hi all,

I've installed a new IBM Intellistation on my network and I'm having a problem with a DOS based program that gets loaded from a batch file off my Novell server. What happens is the program loads okay to the point that it's waiting for some keyboard input, and this is where the trouble begins. When I try and enter any characters they never display unless I hit the enter key twice. This program runs fine on older machines, so I'm not sure if I have some type of network timing problem. I've slowed the speed of the card down from 100mbs fd to 10mbs hd to no avail. I've changed my network card from an onboard intel to a 3com with the same results. I've tried another pc with the same results. I'm hoping that someone might point me in the right direction.

Thanks
RBD

This is not a network issue.

Use the Compatability features of XP on the program itself.

sorry, I failed to mention that my new workstation is running NT4 ws with sp6. This setup works on my other workstations thru out the office, but not on the new IBM Intellistations.
