One of our user received an email with a Word document from one of our business partners in Japan. User is running Word 2002 and we are not sure what the Japanese partner is running. When printing the in the 5Si, it will not print. I tried printing the document myself and was successful in printing through W2K machine and Laserjet 5000. Could it be the driver, do I have to enable multi-language support on the user's laptop, or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The user is printing normally with other documents. Please advise.
