my DNS & Firewall run solris8 I am looking for a good utility or best command to mointor my network utiliztion specially Internet utilization and download , is their any free sun tool for that

I use a package called "ipf", but it is a firewall and NAT system as well. However, it does home with "ipfstat", that monitors traffic - it isn't perfect, but it does qualify as free.
