Network Tool for admin ???

Hi all,

I am a new administrator for Winodws network, so I care much about security in my network. Until now I don't have any network tools for windows 9x/NT/2K that are used to monitor / sniffing trafic passing in a HUB ( like Tcpdump running under unix ) , monitor traffic in a SWITCH ( arpredirct under unix ), catch and crack bad passwords of users login to my network, or other network tools like that. If you know such tools please tell me the names of them, where I can download the beta/trial versions to test in my system. Much tools will be appreciated.
