Network problems ?????

Hello:
I am having all kinds of network problems, from slow downs to not being able to print to net work problems.
Does any one have any ideas what the error message means??
The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from the browser master \\JASON on the network \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{96D8C9CD-817B-4247-BFE9-9816C9A71D70}. The data is the error code.
