network problem over vpn

hi,
i have near about 10 computers running win2k, vpn networked. when i restart all which i do every day in the morning, some of them are not coming into the network. it's not happening everday but atleast once a month. when i re-install OS, they start working. it is not permanent solution i presume. there should some solution for this. any help would be appreciated.

we need more details to help. when it doesn't work, can you ping? or what's the eror message?
