I have a situation in which the same user has a problem printing every time she logs on. When she logs into the network, she cannot print. When someone else logs into the network, on the same computer, they are able to print just fine. Also, when the problem user prints, I get the network broadcast message saying that the job went through and printed on our network printer. However, there is no document that printed. I checked this persons log-in scripts after she logs in and it says "LOGIN-4.21.15-240: This utility was unable to open script file Services". I am running Novell 5.1 on the servers and HP Jetadmin for print services. I am stumped as to what I can change or do to remedy this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
