Network or Dialup Problems Preventing Connection

My Citrix Fat clients are getting " Network or Dialup problems are preventing connection to Citrix Server" message randomly. Though they are able to work ok but they get this error time to time. No license error in the event viewer. Please help.

Make sure user has write access on the workstation
to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store

To force a TS cal to be replaced on the client,
remove this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE00x
Then logon again.
