Voice Mail integration problem with NMS.
When a call is forwarded from a remote site to a hub that has VM, the reason code is lost. The call display looks like this:
Display is: 7325551212 H528132
A good example is shown below:
Display is: JOHN SMITH 517484 517455 "RNA"
We've connected a 2616 directly to one of the VM ports and the reason code is not shown on the display.
Without the reason code, we can't integrate properly. Could anyone share some experience here and what can be done to properly show the reason code?
