I just realized that my hard drive in my PC at work was set in "shared". I usually have it on all day and night due to my daily process that I have scheduled to run every night. I tried to restart today and got a message that says "2 other users are connected to my computer". I wasn't aware of this until today prompting me to configure my hard drive properties. I'd like to know if there's a way to find out in Windows '98 who had access to my hard drive. Would there be a log somwhere in my PC stating what were the activities in it? I already asked my company technical support and got a "NO" answer. They said Windows '98 does not have that. Is this true?

Thanks,

I dont think there is any logging for this in Windows 95/98. Although there is a utility with win98 called netmon.exe It shows who is currently connection to the shares on your computer and what files of yours they have open. So if u ever get this message again have a look at netmon.exe
