Gents on an 81c with no FNF all you can have is 5 network groups correct? and once you upgrade to CP PIV with FNF you can have 8 network groups correct?

So one IPE has 16 slots, so 4 super loops since each super loops is 4 slots but how many IPE shelves can one Network Group have? and what's the max IPE shelves with 16 slots you can have with all 8 network groups?

Well, each network shelf has 8 addressable slots, usually the first slot is the CONF/TDS card so that would leave 7 slots usable for IPE or T1 cards, depending on how many trunks you are requiring. Some where in group 0 and in group 1 you need a clock controller card too.

Thanks,

Buddy

group zero, 0,4,8,12,16,20,24,28, times 32 cards times 16 stations per card.. that leaves no room for conf/tds or pri's.. but that would be max station config for a group
