Network Folder Migration

Hello, I have an older w2k server which hosts the home folders for all users on the domain(100 users). What is the best tool to use to migrate the entire folder structure complete with the user rights assigned to each individual folder to 2 newly installed w2k3 member servers. Also is there any special preperation required besides a complete backup?

Use robocopy from the Resource Kit. It will migrate NTFS permissions.

Thank you for that. Is Robocopy my only option? has Microsoft got a utility which does the same or similar job?

It's a gui for robocopy makes it much friendlier.
