Netware to Microsoft Migration

We've moving our users from Netware's OES 6.5 to our Windows 2003 domain. I am trying to login 'workstation only' and get drives mapped to the CIFS shares on the Netware server from the ADS login script. The drives map beautifully, but the account gets intruder locked out shrotly after login. The source of the logout is listed as the Netware server's IP.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Netware and Windows accounts are same usernames and passwords manually synced between the 2. My test account's passwords are definitely synced.
