HI,
I'm looking for help with the following. We have an existing network of 150 users using win2k workstation to login to netware (NDS).
Over the coming weeks we are migrating to Win2k AD - when we create the users within the AD, is there a way of logging into AD and still letting the user access the mahcines using the local existing profile (instead of a new AD profile being created). The reason for this is that, obviously, we don't want to have to transfer the contents of the existing profile (outlook, my documents etc) to the new profile as this is quite time consuming. We only have 2 days to do the complete server build and migration (the existing novell 4.11 server is being rebuilt as win2k - we have a new seperate win2k server acting as the domain controller).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
