Netware login process

Hi everyone,

Can someone explain to me the login process in Netware v6.0 in terms of protocol/method being used (or can you guide me towards a document I can read). Our server is using NDS and TCP/IP.

I've been told that the client uses some kind of broadcasting to look for the NDS tree and context. Is it true?

What about the way the file and print server communicates with the client machines and printers?
