Netware 6.0 sp4

Hi,

How did the upgrade to netware 6.0 sp4 go? - I currently have two servers on netware 6.0 sp3 with little/no issues so I am hesitant to install sp4.

I will be adding a new novell server to our network and would like to keep all the servers on the same support pack.

Any major issues from sp4 to watch?

I am more incline to if not broke - dont fix it and stay with netware 6.0 sp3 on the new server.

We have recently applied sp4 on 52 servers with only some minor glitches, that were more related to 3rd party apps.

I've had very good luck with SP4. It fixes a lot of things that SP3 broke that relate to NSS.

i've had no issue with sp4

admittedly though - i do have 2 server that are still sp3 - they are old servers and started as 5 servers so are traditional volumes - i will leave them as 3 until they are replaced - then i would migrate stratight to 6.5

if they are traditional then i personally think 3 is ok - nss - i wouldnt go to 4 -- again personally a lot depends on ds version - this i dont like to mix
