I'm trying to set up two multi-function printers and not having any luck.

I went into Netware Admin and setup the printer, queue, and server. Verified server name from configuration page printout from the printer.

Next I went to my XP Pro desktop and setup the printer locally. They were found and I loaded the drivers(downloaded from manufacturer website).

They printers both show up as 'ready' under the status column in XP.

When I try to print a test page, the document never prints. It just sits there in what I assume to be the queue.
I checked the status of the print job looking at the queue in Netware Admin and it shows it as 'the print job is ready and waiting for the print server.'

What am I doing wrong?

You are probably not configuring the stuff correctly.. Mainly that the printer itself has to know how to talk to the novell stuff.. and the novell queue, printer, and print server have to be assigned to service each other. See this link, it's basically the same issue:

Why don't you use NDPS? Then you don't have to bother with the Printer and Print Server objects
