Netware 4.11 Abend on Arcserve

Hi, having issues with Abends each night after Arcserve is run. 2 hours in to the job, Netware server hangs. When I type ASTOP6 at the console the server Abends. This server backsup another server which also Abends. Here is also a log from the Arcserve -

I also get this abend too.

I have looked on the CA website and Novell. I have upgraded the TSA410 NLM. Any other ideas I could try? would a vrepair help me?

SP for Arcsereve and agent for the second server.
Which version of Arcserve do you run?
Arcserve could abend server even when some of files is corrupted or locked.
Upgrade all SCSI drivers. I hope tape device and Hard Drives are connected to the different SCSI cards.
 
I'm running Arcserve 6.10 with build 96.00 I've also upgraded to the latest tsa410.nlm.

I can suggust upgrading the SCSI drivers but I'm going to try a few Arcserve upgrades first.

You may want to vrepair your volume to eliminate file/directory corruption. Does it always fail on the same file/directory?

Pretty much so yeah, I've excluded the directory containing database files from last Fridays backup and the backup job was successful.

I've re-applied the ARCserve latest service pack and I'm going to run Vrepair later today. Hopefully this will resolve my problem.

I had checked my file open and locked status which doesnt show and users accessing anything. I'll see how tonights backup goes,

Ah, were running Norton Antivirus. Well since excluding that directory, we've had no further problems. I've also reapplied ARCserve SP2 which has resolved the problem. I think :/
