Netvault and Netapp volume paths?

I've been thrust into getting a Bakbone's Netvault going on our filers, but unfortunately I am a Netapp noob.

I am trying to get the policy going for the filers. We have Bakbone Netvault 7.x at the moment and I've got it working fabulously for our Windows boxes, but for some reason I can't seem to make the NDMP client back up anything other than /vol/vol0. I'm 99.9% sure that me & my path in the NDMP setup (Or is it a rights issue?). Am I just being dumb here?

Say I have one volume called user. In the path to tell Netvault what to back up, would I do /vol/user or /vol/vol0/user/ or what?

I can get /vol/vol0 to work great. ANything other than that, I can't seem to get anything other than that/
