Netstorage

Hi

My users are having a small issue with netstorage when they try to upload a file epecially larger files the tool bar shows that its at almost 100% fully uploaded and stays like that for a long time and then they get page cannot be displayed and file does not upload.

Can anyone help

Have you had this issue since install or was it something that just came up?

Do you see any errors in your logger screen or console screen?

Do you know how to run a packet trace?

It is a recent issue or should I say i tested netstorage for about 3 months with about 10 users no problems and then for the last six months i have run it with about 1000 users and have had same complaint from about five users.

I have tested it and get problem with big files ie more than 3mgb.

no I do not know how to run a packet trace can you assist eager to learn.
