Netscreen 204+Sonicwall TZ 2040

I am using a netscreen 204 at the corp and netsrenn 5gt at all remotes(33). I have outsourced every internet connection through a single company and they also manage the VPN connections. I dont think they are going to give me access to the box but only help with certain things. I mainly want to know if I could use the sonicwall as a concentator to connect to our DB server with has a Sonicwall GX650(?). The netscreeen has split tunneling disabled so everything is coming to corporate anyways. I am going to try and get them to set it up on the 204 and each 5gt so it doesnt come through my connection but I havent heard back yet.
