Netscape printing problem

We have windows 2000 machines with netscape 4.75. Some machines can print the webforms and its info, however other machines cannot print the form with its info. How can i fixed this so that all users can print properly using their OS and browser. Is there a particular printer setup that I have to make/adjust for the other machines to print properly.
