Netscape 7.02 mail attachment path

We've had this problem and finally figured out. When attaching files to email, the naming convention used could prevent mail from being sent. If the file name has a slash / anywhere in the name, Netscape would try to use that as a url for the file, such as "file:/name of file/jobnumber.pdf" and could not send. Chaning the naming convention to underscores or dashes fixed the problem.
