Netscape 6.2.3 downloading email trouble

I installed Netscape 6.2.3 to replace Communicator 4.7 as my default browser/email. The conversion seemed to work fine and newly composed messages are sent without trouble but it won't download new email from my ISP. It shows it is logging in and does not error but nothing is pulled in and messages remain on the server.

I'm running Win 98SE, Norton 2001 SystemWorks with Antivirus pop3 enabled for this account. [sadeyes] Do not meddle in the affairs of cats, for they are subtle and will piss on your computer.
