netscape 4.7 display problem

I am testing my new wbsite and netscape acts up on the following pages

the Dthml script works - but not display the watermark

http://www.lsisoft.com/2002/product.html

stops after the top area displays

really at a loss to why this is happening - it works in netscape 6 and all of IE

any help appreciated
