I have been trying to figure this out for weeks, I have tried deleting and recreating the netlogon.chg file on the PDC and I know the permissions for it are correct. I have no other issues like this on any of the other BDC's but I am trying to add a new one and my event log gets flooded with NETLOGON 5732 erros and the BDC is useless.

I need some serious help on this....thanks in advance.
