Netier issue

We recently went from desktop 2000 to 2003. Our company uses Netiers XL 1000 for a dumb terminal. We also use Esprits for the same purpose. My problem is this when we set the netiers to autolocate the server, it gives us memory errors when logging on and off. The Esprits do not do this however. The netiers will work if you put in the server ip but of course that user will log onto the same server everytime they log on. We have 5 citrix servers. Let me know if you need anymore information.

Hi,

Have you emailed Netier and established that you are on the latest firmware/client.

Does their site have downloads and a way of updating them?

I'd do this as a priority. Will be easier and quicker speaking to them direct.
