NetGear VPN showing internal address not external IP

Hi All,

We have a NG FVS138 VPN that we are trying to configure to mate with a static IP belonging to a customer. We have hung the unit directly off the hub coming from the modem in, to connect it directly to the 'net. The VPN has been configged with an external IP address, but it persists in showing the internal to the client network, thus not allowing access.

Any one have any idea as to what we can do to fix this? I an a newbie at networking and am a little lost.

We got it working. We assigned the external IP to the local machine and the VPN was okay with that...too bad the client wasn't..
