Netgear print server on Win2K network

Has anyone tried to set up a Netgear print server attached to an Epson Stylus printer on a Windows 2000 network? Is it compatible?

The print server software installs fine, but when I try to add the printer driver, it tells me I must disable Epson Spool Manager. (Don't know how to do that).

Then, when I try to print to the printer, it tells me it can't connect to the print server, even though I can see the print server on the network.
