I have a Win 2000 user; yesterday she couldn't log on to our domain and it turned out that the PCs netbios identification had been changed from "abc" to "abc-xycetc". Also her user accounts folder only had Administrator and Guest accounts in it after this, and the antivirus client was gone. There's no way the user or anyone else could have done this. What could cause this? It sounds like a virus, but how to detect it, as the AV software shows nothing? Also, I reformatted and installed this PC from scratch just a few weeks ago, so it's a clean install.

Thanks for any help.
