Hi All,
I have 4 Windows 2003 Servers with SP1 that will not back up to tape. They ALL hang while trying to backup COM+ Application...It will only copy around 40 - 50 MB then stop writing. The job will not die or fail bt will linger on for days if I let it.
I have a basic policy using the ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES directive on the servers. If I exclude the registry, system state, boot files sometimes it will complete. It started the first backup after I installed SP1 for W2k3. Does anyone know if this is a bug in NBU or if its a configuration issue or could it be a bug in the NBU client?
Everything worked well before SP1.
The NBU version is 5.0 MP5 on a Windows 2000 server +SP4 and SP4 rollup. The affected clients are Windows 2003 servers with SP1 installed.
Thanks in advance!
