NetBackup Media Server does not appear in media server properties 1

I have installed a NetBackup 6.0 MP4 media server on a r6000 machine with AIX 5.x. If you check the client properties, you will see the machine as a media server but when you check the media properties, the media server does appear in the media list. Hence I cannot configure device on the server.

How do I get this resolved?

Thanks Bob I will check that tecknotes out. But the installation went successfully and I installed it as a media server. When I check the client properties, I can see the media servers listed as media servers but when I check the media server properties, they do not appear there.

I will check the link you gave out.
