net::WHIOS for .uk domains

ppl,

I have been using the Net::WHOIS module to do some simple WHOIS query on certain .com domain names.

When I started using this module I did take into account it didn't support any other TLD's other than those on whois.networksolutions.com, but I thought perhaps somebody had written and extenstion. When browsing the Web I vauguely remember seeing this?!? (Late at night looking for other modules )

Has anybody got some info as to whether there is a module I can use to create WHOIS lookups on other TLD's ?!?

Have a look at Net::Whois::Raw [1] on CPAN, it might be more what you're after.
